I’m Louise Chennells, founder of Grassroots Lou.
With over a decade of experience in community engagement, I started Grassroots Lou to support people, places and organisations to reconnect with purpose, with each other and with the planet.
I offer workshops, team days, training and freelance support for schools, small businesses, community groups and values-led organisations.
My work is grounded in an asset-based approach, nature connection and a belief that real change grows from the ground up by listening, involving and building on what’s already strong.
